The hotel is in a good location, close to the beach road and night life. The room was a good size with a comfortable bed, bath and separate shower. The room was clean and had 2 balconies. Breakfast was good as was the laundry service. Even though the hotel is close to bars, it is relatively quiet in the evenings.

Hotel ok but if you enjoy sleeping at night don’t stay here , awful loud band opposite plays until 2 am every night

Tried checking in early but room not available so had to walk around for 2 hours . Was able to leave my valuables at reception Stayed in new building . It was clean new furniture, bed a bit hard . No draws or cupboards only area with coat hangers, Pool nice Poor English by most staff Every time I asked for room to be cleaned I would go out for at least an hour Every-time I cam Back room was not clean ? Room located opposite bar area that had a terrible loud band playing every night until 2 am I tried asking at reception if any one had complained to bar manager about the music volume ? But unfortunately none of the staff could understand what I was talking about So for 6 nights I got minimal sleep Could change my booking because I booked through booking.com ( another big mistake) So for

Stayed from 9th jan to 2nd Feb in room 8208, originally only booked for the week but ended up staying for the whole stay, room was really quiet unlike my friends who was in the 1st room on floor 2 which did back onto a busy fun bars across the road, wasn’t a view unfortunately but for what I paid I got a nice big bed, TV, fridge and a free safe and 2 free bottles of water every day, the room was made every day to a very good standard, there is a box on the side table which puts lights on and off and a do not disturb and make up room button which lights up outside your door which is quiet good, on my floor on the 2nd you turn left which will lead to to the pool and gym, pool is lovely if not a little cold at 1st but be careful as the floors are quite slippy when wet, on checking out I was charged 1600 bht for damage to a bed sheet, yes it was from a tattoo I had done but £35 was a bit over the top for me as it soured the stay just a bit, but don’t let that put you off really, staff were good so overall I would say I had a very good comfortable stay

Hotel is about 200 meters from beach. Room was spacious. Tea/ coffee making kit was provided without milk sachets(hotel policy is funny), 2 bath towels were provided, no shaving kit, no toothbrush kit provided. Indian dishes in Breakfast buffet is not good.

We recently stayed at this hotel for 3 nights while in Pattaya. The property is located in a narrow lane and very close to Pattaya beach as well as market area. There are umpteen restaurants and massage parlours around this property. At every 100 m, there are Indian restaurants. The rooms are spacious and lobby is well decorated. The staff is courteous. The only flip side is the buffet breakfast. It's not really up to the mark. Though they try to serve a combination of Indian, Thai and Continental breakfast, a lot of improvement is needed in the quality and taste of the dishes. Otherwise there is no other thing to complain about.
